Jesus, My Shelter (MR (For Special Praise) Piano Arrangement (Key of D))-Herlin Pirena

This is a piano MR (instrumental accompaniment track) arranged for special music and worship stages.

I kept the warm flow of the original and trimmed the accompaniment down to something clean and simple, so the vocalist can sing comfortably over it. It runs 4 minutes 15 seconds, so you can drop it straight into a special music slot or a worship service.

Because this is an MR, I deliberately left room in the accompaniment so the vocal stays out in front. Even in a church without a band or a choir, a single piano is enough to carry the whole stage. I hope it also helps those of you who have to prepare with a track alone, without a live accompanist. This one is in the key of D.

"Jesus, My Shelter" is a worship song by Herlin Pirena, a confession of Jesus as a place of refuge when the storms of life press in. It echoes the Psalms, which return again and again to the words "God is our refuge," and it brings quiet comfort to anyone who is weary and wants to rest their heart in the Lord. The melody is plain and unadorned, so the lyrics come through clearly even as a solo offering.

Although I check the sheet music dozens of times, as a human, there might be occasional errors.

If you let me know anytime, I will correct it immediately ^^
