Lamb of God (Calmet) (Congregational Worship Arrangement (Eb, D, C keys)) - Hymn 205 (The Celebration Hymnal)

Hymn 229, "Lamb of God" (often sung to the tune 'CALMET'). The original key is Eb major, but I have also provided easier versions in D and C major for your convenience.

In the demo, I played in the key of D. The first half follows the score exactly, while the latter half features a freer interpretation (no separate score provided).

This hymn is composed in a pentatonic scale with a 3/4 time signature, which gives it a very beautiful and familiar lyrical quality. It shares the same melody as Hymn 373, "Jesus, Savior, Pilot Me." The melody is so sweet and lyrical that it was a joy to arrange in my own style.

This arrangement is designed specifically for congregational worship during main services. It remains melody-driven, and I have applied subtle reharmonization with modest chords so as not to distract from the lyrics. Please play the left-hand accompaniment softly to bring out the delicate and sweet sound I intended. ^^
