Red Tie (12-string Gayageum Melody / Dm / First String Raised One Step / Left-Hand Pitch Presses / Lyrics / 4 pages)-Ahn Yeeun

1225가야금’s level-2 12-string gayageum melody arrangement of Ahn Yeeun’s “Red Tie,” in the original key of D minor. From the basic tuning “sol-do-re / sol-la-do-re-mi / sol-la-do-re,” raise only the first string by one step to produce “la-do-re / sol-la-do-re-mi / sol-la-do-re”; the first string is written as mi instead of re in the score and sounds as A. Left-hand pitch presses are used. The four-page single-staff PDF includes lyrics and the interlude added to the video performance, without chord symbols. The melody can also be played on a 25-string gayageum.
