主題曲「如果可以」由韋禮安參與創作與親自演唱，將電影導演九把刀心中的《月老》愛情觀精準詮釋，用音樂帶領大家深入感受電影世界裡的情感，歌名「如果可以」代表劇情中兩人不段轉換身份的變化與不確定性，但是劇中有句台詞：

「有些事，一萬年也不會變。妳是賭上世界的決定。」在萬變世界之中，唯一不變的就是「愛」。 世界一直在變 但我愛你不變 如果可以 回到相遇瞬間 你說好就是永遠 

The change and uncertainty of two identity changing in the plot, "Some things will not change in ten thousand years. In the ever-changing world , the only constant is "love".
